an article about one direction specifically mentioning a fad diet involving suppressing your appetite, claiming harry adheres to it and then bringing attention to the fact he wears a small size in women’s jeans (which pretty much equates it to #goals) is wrong on so many levels. anything written about one direction is bound to have a captivated audience of young girls and women and writing something like that is downright irresponsible.

please don’t try this out, please please do not let the media influence you into any diets of this kind! if you want to make a positive change for your health it will take time and patience and it is often as simple as eating nutritiously and light exercise, there is no “hack” or shortcut and do not let anyone tell you any different <3
